How does Organizational set up module work in ProH2R for an admin
Once you sign up you can start configuring your ProH2R account starting with Organization set – up which is the first step.
You start with uploading the company’s logo and then the basic details like
- Company name
- Number of employees
- Number of payroll
- Company signature and so on
The second step is uploading the company documents.
Click on New Document and upload the desired document like companies HR policy or Admin Policy. All the companies’ document has the features of viewing access to a particular group of employees and all employees as well.
The next step is to create employee document categories like SSC, HSC, and graduation. Once the employee document category is created, then map the suitable employee to the given category under the same. This feature also has the facility of customized view.
Next, we move onto letter template creation. Click on the letter template tab after clicking, scroll the screen and add header, footer and the signature to the template. Once this is done you click on add letter template and the required filed are filled and the letter is assigned to the employee it was created for or saved for later use.
The next module is Holidays. Click on the holidays tab and you can add holidays as per the companies’ policy. The new holiday can be marked by selecting a date and can be mapped to specific employees and also as a Flexi or a mandatory holiday.
Next in organization set up is employee field section in which you can create and manage the employee profile sections.
There are some fields which are inbuilt in the system, rest can be added by clicking on new field option and customized according to the requirement.
Moving onto the next module is the administrators where you can define the level of access based on the actions admin can perform in various modules of the panel and manage company administrators.
Next module is employee tree where you can see the hierarchical view of the organization you can individually expand and collapse the employee nodes to see the team under that particular employee.
The last section under this category is asset management; firstly you can create an asset category with name and its description. Then moving forward you can give identification labels to the assets.
Once these are created then you need to create the organizational asset and define the asset category and its description.
All these have the facility of being updated and deletion at any point in time.
